Ever since I was young, I wanted to do something sporty. Now, I have been working in the fitness industry for almost 20 years, and I am arguably one of the most highly qualified personal trainers in the business.
I have a sports science degree, a diploma in personal training, and I am also a biomechanics specialist, a sports therapist, a certified CrossFit coach and a nutritional advisor.
From 2004 to 2009, I worked as a Master Personal Trainer at Holmes Place and Virgin Active. While there, I trained other coaches to help deliver tailored, innovative and exciting sessions for all clients to help them achieve their goals.
Since 2009, I have been working for myself, training clients from my private studio gym in Fleet, Hampshire. I am a big believer that you have to love what you do — and I wouldn’t want to be doing anything else!
On a more personal level, I am a devoted family man. When I am not busy creating personal training plans for my clients or coaching them one-to-one, I spend as much time as possible with my wife and two children. I am also a big squash, golf and cricket fan.
